This is a Ground Floor apartment that is child friendly and suitable for people who have walking difficulties. There are 3 steps up to the apartment, once inside there are no further stairs, everything is on one level. Set in the heart of the town centre, Waterloo Place is near to all amenities, shops, supermarkets, with the harbour side and pier within walking distance. You could not be better placed for all the amenities that Whitby has to offer.
This apartment is situated in a yard so peace and quiet can be yours. There is a small private patio (with table and seating) at the back of the property. This can be reached from the French doors in both bedrooms.

10 mins walk to west cliff area, which leads to the beach and further long stay car parking.
Waterloo Place is a ground floor apartment that sleeps 4 persons.
The apartment has a modern lounge with archway to the kitchen. The lounge has a 32" flat screen TV with Freesat channels and DVD player. The DVD player will play CDs and Radio channels are available via the satellite TV. The kitchen area contains a hob and oven, microwave, fridge with icebox and an iron. There is also a baby's bath in the apartment.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and WC.
There are 2 bedrooms in total. Both have French doors which lead to private small patio yard.
